YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 28, ARMENPRESS: On September 26, Embassy of the Republic of Armenia, located in Madrid, opened its doors for the Spanish-Armenian community.

Press service of the Armenian Foreign Affairs Ministry told Armenpress that a reception was organized in the hall of the embassy dedicated to the 19th anniversary of independence of Armenia and to opening of the Armenian embassy in Spain. Guests arrived from different parts of the country were present at the reception, including representatives of Armenian educational-cultural structures from Barcelona, Valencia, Malaga, Alikante.

A lot of Madrid-Armenians - businessmen, cultural figures, lawyers, lecturers, students of Armenian descent, the Union of Armenian Young People, which has displayed support in choice of the territory of the embassy, repair and furnishing, partook in the event organized by the embassy.
