PERSONAL EXHIBITION OF WORKS OF SAMVEL SEVADA KICKS OFF IN “MOSCOW” CINEMA

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 29, ARMENPRESS:“Hay-Art” cultural center at the Yerevan municipality organized today in “Moscow” cinema personal exhibition of photos and paintings of artist Samvel Sevada made in Armenia and outside of it during the last 4 years. Rita Sharoyan, the director of the “Hay-Art” center, said that in this exhibition Samvel Sevada presented to the public his new works which show new manifestations of self-exploration. The author said in his works he tried to explore the inner side of a human being and its relation with the outside world. “I am also trying to find myself in every picture,” he said. Samvel Sevada lived and worked in USA for 17 years and now he is going to elaborate his activity in his homeland. According to him, there are serious grounds for the development of photography in Armenia. In this respect it is necessary to involve many young people in the field, he said. The artist has established here a school for those who like art. More than 60 people under 30 years old are studying there.
