Armenian regulator approves sale of MTS Armenia to Cyprus firm

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 15, ARMENPRESS. Armenia's Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) has allowed MTS Armenia to complete the sale of company shares.

The Cyprus-registered Fedilco Group Limited will acquire 100% of shares of MTS Armenia.

The regulator noted in its decision that neither the High-Tech Industry Ministry nor the National Security Service of Armenia filed objections to the deal.
