Armenian Football Federation plans to have more UEFA-approved stadiums

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 28, ARMENPRESS. The Football Federation of Armenia (FFA) presented its plans for the coming years.

President of the FFA Armen Melikbekyan said at the 23rd assembly of the federation that they plan to increase the number of UEFA-approved stadiums from the current 4 to 8. The federation also plans to increase the number of the currently involved 5,000 children to 10,000 by 2025. Moreover, four new schools will be opened, 3 of which will be academies functioning in provinces.

“I thank the big family of the FFA, who is working more and speaking less. We will reap the results of our joint work next year,” Melikbekyan said.

The FIFA representative was also participating in the assembly.
