YEREVAN, DECEMBER 20, ARMENPRESS. The government of the Republic of Armenia is proving with its deeds that it continues to be the guarantor of security of Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh), the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan said in parliament when asked by opposition MP Gegham Manukyan whether Armenia continues to be the guarantor of security of Nagorno Karabakh as stipulated in the 2021-2026 government program.

“Mr. Manukyan, deeds not words. As you know, it is proven with actions, and the government has proved this with actions. Last year, around 200 billion drams in financial support was given to Artsakh, and I think you are aware that this financial support solves not only socio-economic issues, but also security issues. There can’t be a second opinion here. I think my answer was clear,” Grigoryan said.
