Putin holds phone talk with Aliyev 

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 26, ARMENPRESS. Russian President Vladimir Putin held a telephone conversation with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, RIA Novosti reported.

The two Presidents discussed the steps of implementation of the trilateral agreements, focusing on the unblocking of transportation links in the region.
