YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 15, ARMENPRESS. On November 15, the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan received the delegation of special envoys of the EU and EU member states on Eastern Partnership.

As ARMENPRESS was informed from the Office of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan welcomed the delegation's visit to Armenia and highly appreciated the development of bilateral relations between Armenia and the EU based on democratic values, as well as bilateral relations with individual EU member states. The Secretary also expressed confidence that multi-sectoral cooperation has the opportunity to include the security sector as well. Grigoryan highlighted the EU observation mission in the context of strengthening security in the region.

The Secretary of the Security Council answered the questions of the envoys, presenting some details of the Armenian-Azerbaijani negotiation process, as well as the processes of de-blocking of regional economic communications and transport infrastructures, border delimitation and security processes.
