If the opening of communications is not an opportunity for Azerbaijan for escalation, but a matter of communication, then that issue is resolved, it is necessary to proceed with that solution, ARMENPRESS reports Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in an interview with Public TV.

"We have no objection if, for example, Turkey's border guard service is on Azerbaijan's side, and Russia's border guard service is on our side. If that option is not acceptable, Azerbaijanis should control the border of Azerbaijan, and Armenians should control the border of Armenia. In the 21st century, many actions can be done using electronic tools," said Pashinyan.

Nikol Pashinyan also recalled the agreement reached on December 14, 2021 in Brussels, in the presence of European Council President Charles Michel, according to which the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan agreed on the restoration of the Yeraskh-Ordubad-Meghri-Horadiz railway.

"The president of Azerbaijan himself refused to sign the document confirming this agreement," said the Prime Minister.
