The Iranian Consul refers to the information about selling Iranian UAVs to Armenia

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 21, ARMENPRESS. Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kapan Morteza Abedin Varamin referred to the circulating news that Armenia has officially submitted an application for the purchase of Iranian drones.

ARMENPRESS reports, to the journalist's question if the Iranian Consul confirms the information that Armenia has officially submitted an application for the purchase of Iranian drones and whether Iran is ready to sell weapons to Armenia, and if the Armenian side has such a desire, he answered.

"I think that this question should be better addressed to those responsible for the defense sector. Defense officials of the two countries are in contact with each other and have mutual visits and discussions. I think Armenia will never need offensive weapons."
