Armenia-NATO partnership programs discussed
YEREVAN, OCTOBER 12, ARMENPRESS. Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan met with Alexander Vinnikov, the Head of the NATO Liaison Office in Georgia on October 12, the Security Council's press service said.
Grigoryan presented the large-scale aggression which Azerbaijan launched on September 13 and its broader geopolitical context. Grigoryan emphasized that the Azerbaijani troops must withdraw from sovereign territory of Armenia and that Yerevan continues to work with international partners within the framework of this issue.
Grigoryan and Vinnikov also discussed the current programs of the Armenia-NATO partnership, and outlined the possibilities for deepening cooperation in the democratic reforms of the armed forces.
