YEREVAN, DECEMBER 9, ARMENPRESS. The elections in Armenia are not perfect, but each election diffes from the previous one by its quality, justice minister Davit Harutyunyan told reporters commenting on the OSCE/ODIHR final report on the parliamentary elections in Armenia, reports Armenpress.

“If you are careful, you will see that each election grealt differs from the previous one by its quality. They are not ideal. I cannot mention a country where elections are being held in an ideal way”, the minister said.

He stated that the authorities concentrate their efforts to eliminate the shortcomings mentioned in the report.
