OSCE/ODIHR mission to observe Armenia’s parliamentary elections by 24 long-term and 250 short-term observers

YEREVAN, JANUARY 16, ARMENPRESS. Following an official invitation to observe the parliamentary elections in Armenia, scheduled for 2 April 2017, based on the findings and conclusions of the Needs Assessment Mission deployed from 30 November to 2 December 2016, and in accordance with its mandate, the OSCE/ODIHR is preparing to deploy an Election Observation Mission (EOM) for these elections.

As “Armenpress” was informed from the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights, OSCE participating States will be requested to second 24 long-term and 250 short-term observers.

The OSCE/ODIHR is currently looking for external consultants to fill the following positions: Head of Mission, Deputy Head of Mission, Political Analyst, Election Analyst, Voter Registration Analyst, Legal Analyst, Media Analyst, Co-ordinator of Long-Term Observers.
