This is neither first nor last similar statement made by Representation of Azerbaijan–Armen Papikyan

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 4, ARMENPRESS. Drifting from negotiations based on maximalist approaches is a sign of weakness, Ambassador Armen Papikyan, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Armenia to the OSCE told ARMENPRESS, referring to the unconstructive approach by Baku on Nagorno Karabakh conflict presented at the OSCE 26th Ministerial Council.

“This is neither the first nor the last similar statement made by the Representation of Azerbaijan. Probably, the only difference is that it is made amidst the continuous political reshuffling in Azerbaijan, which attests that at this stage Azerbaijan is not ready for a constructive engagement. Drifting from negotiations based on maximalist approaches is a sign of weakness”, he said.
