Arayik Grigoryan appointed first deputy director of National Security Service of Artsakh

STEPANAKERT, NOVEMBER 15, ARMENPRESS. President of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan on November 15 signed a decree according to which Colonel Arayik Grigoryan has been appointed first deputy director of the National Security Service, the Presidential Office told Armenpress.
