Passionate piano maestro Khatia Buniatishvili to perform in Yerevan with ANPO

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 13, ARMENPRESS. Khatia Buniatishvili is scheduled to perform December 23rd in Yerevan’s Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall which will be the pianist’s debut collaboration with the Armenian National Philharmonic Orchestra (ANPO). The concert will be conducted by Eduard Topchjan, the ANPO Artistic Director and Conductor.

The program of the evening will feature Rachmaninov: Piano Concerto No.2 and Rimsky-Korsakov: Scheherazade.

The famed French-Georgian pianist has performed at the world’s most esteemed stages: New York’s Carnegie Hall, LA’s Walt Disney Concert Hall, London’s Royal Festival Hall, Vienna’s Musikverein և Konzerthaus, Milan’s La Scala and many more.

Buniatishvili’s Yerevan concert is organized by the ANPO and the Avetis Armenian-Swiss Cultural Association.
