Armenian wine and brandy presented at China International Import Expo 2019

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 7, ARMENPRESS. Vine and Wine Foundation of Armenia is presenting more than 160 types of wine and 34 types of brandy of 13 Armenian companies at a single pavilion in Shanghai’s national exhibition and convention center on the sidelines of the China International Import Expo, the Armenian ministry of economy told Armenpress.

The China International Import Expo this year is being held for already the second time and enables the participating countries and enterprises to present their products and establish business ties in the second largest economy of the world.

“Winemaking is one of the priority branches of the Armenian economy, therefore the Vine and Wine Foundation of Armenia spares no efforts for the companies with an export potential to properly present their goods and participate in an exhibition that is taking place in the second largest economy of the world. The Armenian wines are already exported to 32 countries, and I am confident that this exhibition will open prospects for expanding the export volumes of Armenian wine and brandy via establishment of new business ties”, Executive Director of the Foundation Zaruhi Muradyan said.
