First Deputy Director of Artsakh’s NSS retires

STEPANAKERT, OCTOBER 31, ARMENPRESS. First Deputy Director of the National Security Service of Artsakh Major General Albert Khachiyan has been relieved from duties and discharged from service “on the occasion of retiring after many years of service” by a presidential decree, President Bako Sahakyan’s office said.
