President of Artsakh receives member of Board of Directors of Armenian Women's Welfare Association

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 23, ARMENPRESS. Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan on October 23 received member of the Board of Directors of the "Armenian Women's Welfare Association" Martha Mensoian, the President’s Office told Armenpress.

Issues concerning the accomplishment of a number of social programs in Artsakh were on a discussion agenda.

The President highlighted the cooperation with non-governmental organizations considering it useful in terms of successful implementation of various projects.
