Artsakh State Minister introduces new Mayor of Stepanakert to staff

STEPANAKERT, OCTOBER 18, ARMENPRESS. State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh Grigory Martirosyan on October 18 visited the Stepanakert city hall to introduce new Mayor Davit Sargsyan and City Council members to the staff and persons responsible for community service, the State Minister’s Office told Armenpress.

The State Minister congratulated the new Mayor, wished a productive work and stated that he expects launch of reforms in transportation, road construction and other areas.

On behalf of the Artsakh President, government and personally himself Grigory Martirosyan thanked former Mayor Suren Grigoryan and the City Council members for their activity.
