President of Artsakh receives representatives of "Mother Armenia XXI" social-cultural NGO

STEPANAKERT, SEPTEMBER 24, ARMENPRESS. Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan on September 24 received representatives of "Mother Armenia XXI" social-cultural NGO led by head of the organization Gayane Gasparyan, the Artsakh Presidential Office told Armenpress.
