Reports on “leaks” from Security Council meeting are “low-class yellow press” manipulations - spox

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 18, ARMENPRESS. Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan’s spokesperson Areg Kochinyan is ruling out the possibly of information leaks from the Security Council meetings and labeled the recent media rumors as manipulations by “low-class yellow press”.

ARMENPRESS: An information was reported in the press purporting that the issue of Police Chief Valery Osipyan’s resignation was discussed at the September 17 Security Council session, and that the situation was conflictual, how will you comment on this information?

KOCHINYAN: Overall the Security Council sessions are held in accordance to a pre-decided agenda. No such issue was discussed at the SC meeting, and such information about information “leaks” should be viewed as manipulations of low-class yellow press. Moreover, no leaks can happen from the Security Council session.
