Armenia and YSMU win HORIZON 2020 Twinning first time ever

YEREVAN, MARCH 18, ARMENPRESS. Armenia has for the first time, in person of the Yerevan State Medical University (YSMU) after M. Heratsi, won the HORIZON 2020 Twinning program.

The YSMU said in a news release it has already received the official letter from the European Commission that the “COBRAIN: Armenia Center for Translational Research on Chronic Neurodegenerative Disorders: A Neuroscience Initiative on Maintaining Healthy Brain Ageing” project has won the HORIZON 2020 Twinning project, receiving 96,6% of the maximum points as a coordinator.

The project will be the basis for forming infrastructure and staff for the Brain Research Excellence Center.
