Greek deputy FM visits Armenian Genocide Memorial in Yerevan

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 15, ARMENPRESS. The Greek delegation led by deputy foreign minister Terens – Nikolaos Quick visited the Armenian Genocide Memorial in Yerevan on December 15, the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute told Armenpress.

The Greek deputy FM was accompanied by Armenian deputy minister of Diaspora Vahagn Melikyan.

Acting director of the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute Gevorg Vardanyan introduced the history of the construction of the Memorial to the guests.

The delegation members laid flowers at the Eternal Flame and paid a tribute to the memory of the innocent victims with a moment of silence.

After the tour in the Museum-Institute, the Greek deputy FM left a note in the Memory Book.
