Armenian Parliament ratifies 40 million dollar loan deal with ADB

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 13, ARMENPRESS. The Parliament of Armenia ratified the Public Efficiency and Financial Markets Program: Sub-Program 1 loan agreement between Armenia and the Asian Development Bank.

61 MPs voted in favor of ratifying the agreement, with 37 voting against.

Under the deal, the ADB will provide 40 million dollars to Armenia as a budgetary assistance loan for implementing the public efficiency and financial markets improvement programs.

The loan will be provided with a 15-year term.
