Gevorg Kostanyan to continue representing Armenia at ECHR

YEREVAN, MAY 31, ARMENPRESS. The Government of Armenia will authorize member of the Republican Party’s parliamentary faction Gevorg Kostanyan to represent Armenia at the European Court of Human Rights, “Armenpress” reports the relevant decision is included in the Cabinet agenda of June 1.

According to the decision, the representative will not be remunerated for the implementation of his responsibilities. Other expenses connected with the activities of the representative will be will be funded by the Government of Armenia.

By the decision of the Prime Minister of Armenia Karen Karapetyan, Gevorg Kostanyan had been relived from the post of the representative of the Government of the Republic of Armenia at the ECHR on May 17, 2017.
