German lawmakers’ visit to Turkey cancelled

YEREVAN, MAY 24, ARMENPRESS. The visit of delegation of German lawmakers led by Bundestag's Vice President Claudia Roth to Turkey was cancelled for unknown reasons, Deutsche Welle repprts.

The lawmakers will hold a press conference on May 24 during which they will explain the reasons of cancelling the visit.

The German delegation’s visit to Turkey was scheduled on May 25-28. They planned to meet representatives of ruling and opposition parties, political figures, as well as NGO and media representatives in Turkey.
