Azerbaijani forces fire more than 640 shots at Artsakh posts

STEPANAKERT, MAY 3, ARMENPRESS. On May 2 and overnight May 3 the Azerbaijani forces violated the ceasefire regime over 45 times by firing more than 640 shots from various caliber small arms at the Armenian positions in the Artsakh-Azerbaijan line of contact, the Defense Ministry of Artsakh Republic told Armenpress.
The Defense Army forces of Artsakh mainly refrained from taking countermeasures and continued confidently fulfilling their military tasks.
Spokesman of the Defense Ministry of Armenia Artsrun Hovhannisyan informed that the Azerbaijani forces also fired shots from small arms towards Armenia’s Tavush province. No casualties were reported.
