Tashir Capital acquires 100% shares of Hrazdan TPP

YEREVAN, MARCH 29, ARMENPRESS. Tashir Capital has acquired 100% of shares of the Hrazdan Energy Company (TPP).

The decision on selling the shares was made by the Public Services Regulatory Commission on March 29.

The decision was made based on paragraph 2, article 27 of the “Law on Energy”.
