Agreements to be signed between Armenia, EU discussed at 17th session of Armenia-EU cooperation committee

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 15, ARMENPRESS. The 17th session of Armenia-EU cooperation committee took place in Brussels on December 15. The session was co-chaired by Armenia'sMinister of Economic Development and Investments Suren Karayan and Director, Deputy Managing Director Russia, Eastern Partnership, Central Asia and OSCE at the European External Action Service Luc Devigne.

As “Armenpress” was informed from the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development and Investments of Armenia, issues related to the future agreement on cooperation between Armenia and the EU, trade relations and economic developments were discussed by the sides during the session.

Many other issues were on the agenda as well, including issues related to Nagorno Karabakh and Armenia-Turkey relations.

During the session the sides also discussed the development of Armenia-EU relations in the context of revised European Neighborhood Policy and Eastern Partnership.
