Vanadzor Mayor’s candidate Mamikon Aslanyan insisted that gross violation occurred, since the voting must be done closed and secret.

Bright Armenia party Chairman Edmon Marukyan said the party is voting open, and if someone thinks it is a violation of law, he/she can appeal to the court.

The audit commission members discussed the issue and said the ballot is not invalid, and the voting must continue. And after long debates, the city council member received a new ballot and again voted.
