YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 17, ARMENPRESS. Two contractual soldiers of the military base of Russia’s Southern Military District located in Armenia have died as a result of a traffic accident, “Armenpress” was informed from the press service of the Russian base. According to preliminary information, the contractual soldier was driving his personal car during his free time when he lost control of the car and crashed in Vanadzor city. Three other contractual soldiers were in the car. As a result of the crash two of them died, the other two have been taken to Yerevan Military Hospital where they receive necessary medical aid.
Armenian law enforcement bodies and the Russian base are examining the facts on the traffic accident.
