US Vice President Joe Biden arrives in Ankara

YEREVAN, AUGUST 24, ARMENPRESS. US Vice President Joe Bide arrived in Ankara, TRT Haber TV reported.

Firstly Biden will meet Turkish Parliament’s Speaker Ismail Kahraman, and then he will hold a meeting with Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim.

Joe Biden will also meet Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

At the meetings the sides are going to discuss issues related to the developments over the Syrian crisis, as well as the extradition of US-based Muslim cleric Fethullah Gulen who is being blamed by Ankara for organizing and participating in the military coup attempt in Turkey on July 15.
