Turkish family found dead in France

YEREVAN, JULY 13, ARMENPRESS. All four member of the Turkish Dasdemir family have been found dead in Folschviller city in northern France, the Turkish Milliyet reported.

According to reports, the mother and two children aged 3 and 7 were strangled to death, and the family’s father – Gyokhan Dasdemir, was found with cuts on his wrists.

The tragedy has shocked the entire city. The Mayor of Folschviller said that preliminary investigation shows the father has killed his wife and children and then committed suicide.

Relatives of the family said the Dasdemirs have had disagreements for a long period of time. Police do not rule out homicide, since the garage was open and the car was discovered 200 meters away from the house.
