This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov during the joint press conference with Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian in Yerevan.

Now respecting the existing ceasefire agreement we should conduct every possible step to put into practice the proposals of mutual trust, security maintenance and the mechanisms for investigating the incidents which were agreed between the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan by Russia’s interference in 2011 and which were implemented by the OSCE. The process deceleration is not correct”, “Armenpress” reports, Lavrov says.
