STEPANAKERT, APRIL 8, ARMENPRESS. Full participation of the Artsakh side in the negotiation process is an essential condition to achieve success in the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict, in an interview with “Armenpress” the Foreign Minister of Artsakh Republic Karen Mirzoyan talked about this. “According to our assessments, the participation of Nagorno Karabakh Republic in the negotiation process of the conflict settlement is an essential condition since in this way we can success”, Mirzoyan mentioned.
To the question whether they have raised the issue of Karabakh participation in the negotiations during the last meeting with the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs, Karen Mirzoyan stated: “It is the permanent stance of the Artsakh Republic. We raised that issue not only in yesterday’s meeting, but also in many other meetings. We will continue to raise that issue until Artsakh will return back to the negotiation table as a full participant of negotiations”.
The OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs James Warlick (US), Pierre Andrieu (France) and Igor Popov (Russia) are in Stepanakert. They met the NKR President Bako Sahakyan on April 7.
