Hrant Melkumyan is among 100 best players of the world at live chess rating list

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 8, ARMENPRESS.Grandmaster (GM)Hrant Melkumyan participated in German Bundesliga during weekend. Melkumyan was playing on the first board of “Berlin” chess club.

In the fifth game of Bundesliga Melkumyan made a draw against FIDE ex-world champion Rustam Kasimdzhanov, and then celebrated a victory over GM Bezold Michael, “Armenpress” was informed from the press service of the Armenian Chess Federation.

Due to this result Melkumyan gained 4 points of Elo, and now he is among 100 best players of the world at live chess rating list.
