YEREVAN, DECEMBER 7, ARMENPRESS. Vahram Baghdasaryan, head of "Republican Party of Armenia" /RPA/, is of the opinion that after the referendum the opposition has nothing to do but to voice about fraud and violations. Baghdasaryan told journalists at the National Assembly that in this manner the opposition attempted to justify the questions and issues they raised in recent months.
“What do you think, the opposition had another way out? As they had no argumentation, naturally, they had to find a way to justify the issues they voiced during these months, and naturally they chose boycott. If you carefully study the number of complaints, you’ll see we have never had such an election when they voiced about such few not complicated violations. Moreover, I must say that the latter must be studied to find out who made those violations in reality; maybe they were provocations,” “Armenpress” reports, he emphasized.
He also stated that the small violations cannot have any serious impact on referendum results.
Head of "Republican Party of Armenia" /RPA/ noted that the opposition of Armenia has serious problems.
“I can say that we have serious problems with opposition front and we have voiced it on numerous occasions. Each leadership, with no powerful opposition behind its back, worthy to that leadership, will face serious problems in the fulfillment of statehood,” Baghdasaryan said.
