YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 30, ARMENPRESS. ArmenianMinister of Sport and YouthAffairsGabriel Ghazaryan was present in the opening of “Polytechnic Games 2015” sporting, cultural, interfaculty festival-contest.
As “Armenpress” reports, the Minister welcomed the guests and spoke about the importance of such sporting events which assist the participant students to strengthen their bodies, do their favorite sports and give a good opportunity to demonstrate their athletic capabilities. “Polytechnic University is an institution of serious sporting traditions. I, as a representative of the sporting world, remember your university table tennis, basketball, volleyball teams which traditionally had quite good results,” the minister mentioned.
Rectorof theUniversity Vostanik Marukhyan also welcomed the presents and wished successes.
