Tesco Wine Fair in Yerevan

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 28, ARMENPRESS. Celebrating New Year with good wine is not a problem for Armenian capital’s population any more. It is first time that Tesco Wine Fair is held in Northern Avenue: Sweet smell of the divine drink spread along the street. Armenian enterprises and individual winemakers’ wine selection, made with best traditions of Armenian winemaking, can be found in 23 booths. One can learn about wine quality and taste of wealth.

“The Tesco Wine Fair is passed in Yerevan for the first time: We try to give an available opportunity to our residents for tasting good wine and make purchases,” YerevanDeputy Mayor David Ohanyan said during the Wine Fair, as “Armenpress” reports. He added that it is already a year that Yerevan Municipality and Ministry of Agriculture organize fairs for agricultural products which purpose is to support the realization of agricultural product and the reduce of sales volumes.
