"Red Eagles" Fan Club wants to meet with Ruben Hayrapetyan

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 26, ARMENPRESS. Fan Club of Armenian National Football team “Red Eagles” expressed wish to meet FFA President Ruben Hayrapetyan.

As “Armenpress” reports, fans made an announcement, which reads as follows: It is around 2 months that Euro 2016 qualifying round has been over, however hardly one can be found who is interested in our National team and in our football, who will say that everything is forgotten and answers should not be searched for such football disgrace. There are disagreements within the team; experienced but ineffective coach was changed into inexperienced but still ineffective coach; leading players have repetitive injuries; disgraceful rumors were expanded about some Armenian footballers’ selling the game, fans were angry: The result of the mentioned above is National’s passed two years without victories, the worst qualifying round in National team’s history, its 2 points gained, ranking the last place in the standings of the qualifying round’s group and still the remained dream to participate in the European Championship. All the mentioned above has its reasons and we, acting as fans, must be given answers and you, football officials, must make conclusions. We demand a meeting from those responsible for Armenian Football, headed by Ruben Hayrapetyan, transparent interpretations in front of the media, questions and answers with fan movement.
