Bekaryan: International community does not use its full leverage to restrain Azerbaijani provocations

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 1, ARMENPRESS. The international community has appropriate leverage to restrain the Azerbaijani provocative actions on Nagorno Karabakh contact line; but the community does not use it completely. The Chairman ofNGO"European Integration", RPA faction PM Karen Bekaryan expressed such view in the interview with journalists on October 1. “I think that it is the reason of considering interests higher then values. It is not a novelty in the world politics. Such behavior is very dangerous, because though it seems to be natural from the first sight, there is no imagination that it works in very short term basis. If the situation is out of control now and the conflict turns into full-scale military actions, even those, who contributed to the situation moving by their interests, will not benefit. No one will benefit from the two sides, and it does not matter whether it will be the direct sides, or the neighbors or the mediators”, mentioned Bekaryan, as “Armenpress” reports.

According to the PM speech, not realizing all of the mentioned above and not planning appropriate actions leads to the sense of responsibility for the bloody incidents.
