Expert investigations are commissioned to evaluate damage caused by Azerbaijani shooting in Tavush Province

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 28, ARMENPRESS. Large-scale material damage has been caused to the bordering communities of Tavush Province by 2015, September 24 rifle and mortar shooting from the positions of the adversary.

As “Armenpress” was informed from the Division of Public Relations and Information of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia, large scale material damage has been inflicted on the buildings of the “Art Center” and musical school belonging to Berdavan community as a result of targeted shootings from the military positions of Azerbaijan.

Berdavan, Aygehovit and Paravakar citizens suffered significant damage: The houses, property and orchards of the community dwellers were damaged as a result of the firing.

Expert investigations are commissioned to evaluate the material damage. Spalls of ammunition and mortars were discovered within the framework of the investigations. Forensic firearms identification is commissioned in regard to them.
