Samvel Farmanyan to substitute Arpine Hovhannisyan at Armenian delegation to PACE

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 23, ARMENPRESS. Samvel Farmanyan of the National Assembly “Republican Party of Armenia"(RPA), will substitute Arpine Hovhannisyan at the Armenian delegation to theParliamentary Assemblyof theCouncil of Europe.

Farmanyan confirmed the news in his talk with “Armenpress”, emphasizing that the NA Presdient Galust Sahakyan had proposed including him in the Armenian Delegation to theParliamentary Assemblyof theCouncil of Europe which he gladly accepted.

Former member of the NA RPA faction Arpine Hovhannisyan was appointed as Minister of Justice by Presidential Decree. She was also member of the Armenian Delegation to theParliamentary Assemblyof theCouncil of Europe.
