Nagorno- Karabakh President: “Tumo” will give new impetus to development of mental potential of Artsakh young people

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 2, ARMENPRESS. President of Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan and Republic of Armenia President Serzh Sargsyan attended the official ceremony of opening of “Tumo” Center for Creative Technologies in Stepanakert, September 2. As “Armenpress” was informed from the Central Information Department of the Office to Artsakh President, President Sahakyan noted that operation of such a center will give a new impetus to the development of mental potential of Artsakh young people and to the process of implementation of modern technologies. The President expressed his gratitude to the Armenian General Benevolent Union, “Simonian” Foundation and “Karabakh Telecom” company for such a patriotic initiative.
