2-2.5 thousand Armenian students will be able to undergo training via Microsoft

YEREVAN, 26 MAY, ARMENPRESS. The cooperation with Microsoft in the field of information technology is of great importance for Armenia. This is whatMinister of Economy of Armenia Karen Tchshmarityanmentioned during a press conference at the Government of the Republic of Armenia, touching upon the agreements signed with Microsoft on May 26.

“The first major factor is that 2-2.5 thousand students will be able to undergo training through Microsoft every year. Besides that, about 200 beginning companies will be provided with assistance, and the best experience will be introduced in the general education sector. The important thing is that the cooperation with Microsoft also encompasses protection of intellectual property through which Armenia will be positioned and will become more recognized. In terms of rating, Armenia will gain more trust. That’s important in terms of investments in Armenia,”Tchshmarityan said, as “Armenpress” reports.
