Armenia's economic priorities consistent with WB and IMF approaches

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 15, ARMENPRESS: During more than twenty years of cooperation the investments of the World Bank in the economy of Armenia have made 2 billion US dollars, which greatly contributed to the implementation of 100 programs. The Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia Karen Chshmarityan informed about it.
“On October 10-12 the delegation, headed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Hovik Abrahamyan, participated in the annual meeting of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, which is held to discuss with all the member countries the global economic priorities, the development trends of the world’s economy, to estimate and forecast the risks of further activities and outline the directions to be stressed and assisted by the international organizations”, - said the Minister, Armenpress reports.
