Ombudsman of Armenia discusses cooperation issues with Swedish charge d'affaires and Polish ambassador

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 14, ARMENPRESS: Human Rights Defender of Armenia Karen Andreasyan received today Sweden's charge d'affaires to Armenia Morten Engberg and discussed issues on cooperation in the field of human rights defense, Ombudsman’s press service informed Armenpress.

Morten Engberg expressed readiness to deepen the cooperation with the Ombudsman and his staff.

In his turn, Karen Andreasyan highly assessed the constructive relations between the Swedish Embassy and Ombudsman’s Office.

Karen Andreasyan also met with Polish Ambassador to Armenia Zdislav Rachinsky. They discussed the issues and challenges of the field of human rights defense in Armenia. During the meeting a number of issues of mutual interest were discussed as well.

Karen Andreasyan and Ambassador Rachinsky highly assessed the close and friendly friendship established between the Ombudsman’s Office and the Polish Embassy.
