YEREVAN, OCTOBER 3, ARMENPRESS: The results of the medical examination of Hakob Injighulyan, having returned to Armenia from the third country after the captivity in Azerbaijan, are known. The Deputy Director of the Saint Gregory the Illuminator Medical Center Ruben Orgusyan told Armenpress that no serious diseases have been found. “Injighulyan is in a stressed condition with a moderate vegetative vascular dystonia. He needs rest now and after some time these phenomena will disappear. Now he should undergo a slight treatment to get some rest”, - said the doctor.
To our question if Hakob Injighulyan will be able to serve with this diagnosis, Ruben Orgusyan answered: “I think no”.
Earlier it was reported that Hakob Injighulyan, having returned to Armenia from the third country after the captivity in Azerbaijan, will undergo a medical examination at the Saint Gregory the Illuminator Medical Center. A professional group has been established to carry out the medical examination, the results of which will determine if Hakob Injighulyan is able to continue the military service.
Hakob Injighulyan, born in 1991, at about 03:00 at night of August 7-8 during his service did not manage to orient in the territory and crossed the Karabakh-Azerbaijan border and appeared on the territory protected by the rival’s troops. On August 8 the Armenian Office of the International Committee of the Red Cross applied to the ICRC Baku Office on the incident.
