Venice Commission to discuss Armenia’s constitutional reforms in September

YEREVAN, AUGUST 29, ARMENPRESS:The expert committee on constitutional reforms, chaired by the President of the Constitutional Court Gagik Harutyunyan, on August 29 discussed the concept of the constitutional reforms. The committee informed Armenpress that thesummarizedandtranslatedversionof the concept will be submitted to the experts of the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe on September 19-20 2014 in order to be discussed during the meeting of the members of the committee and the Venice Commission.
