Armenia's PM optimistic about Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents' meeting

YEREVAN, AUGUST 6, ARMENPRESS. Positive changes can be expected from the upcoming meeting between the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan, as Azerbaijan understood during the last days that use of force is not a solution. As reports “Armenpress”, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Hovik Abrahamyan stated this during a conversation with the journalists held within the framework of his visit to Armenia’s Vanadzor.

Among other things, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Hovik Abrahamyan underscored: “The intense situation has been reduced during the last days and I am confident that it will still continue to be reduced. War will not bring anything good to anyone – neither for Karabakh, nor for Armenia, nor for Azerbaijan. It seems to me that Azerbaijan already understands that the use of force is useless. Armenia is for peace and that’s the way we follow.”
